Marteani No.3 - Strawberry Plum

This cocktail was commissioned by Love & Luna for an amazing launch party. Made by Teatini.


  • 45mL Noble & Savage Strawberry Plum tea syrup (see Brew instructions below)

  • 30mL The Botanist Gin

  • 15mL Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth

  • 15mL Fresh Lemon Juice (can be replaced with lemon syrup/cordial)


3 tsp tea : 2 tsp raw sugar : 250mL filtered cold water. Mix until sugar dissolved then infuse in the fridge for 4-6 hours and strain. Or if short on time: 3 tsp tea : 2 tsp raw sugar : 250mL boiled water at 100°C. Infuse for 5 mins, strain and allow to cool.


Shake ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
