This warming full-bodied rooibos infusion has a nutty aroma with delicious walnut chunks, combined with pieces of cacao bean and chocolate chips.
Smooth and aromatic on its own with a full flavour, adding a dash of chocolate milk will bring out the caramel tones which accompany walnuts and chocolate beautifully.
Rooibos is a South African drink made from the red bush plant. With its dark red liquor, sweetness and hints of spice, it's not just a delicious drink. Rooibos is laden with minerals like manganese, magnesium, zinc, calcium and iron. Caffeine free and rich in antioxidants, Rooibos can't be overbrewed and doesn't become astringent when steeped for long periods.
- 1 slightly heaped teaspoon per 250mL water
- Fresh boiled water at 100˚c
- Infuse for at least 5 minutes
- Enjoy clear, with honey, milk or chocolate milk
